Please read the following carefully before booking. By securing an appointment with Kel’s Nailz, you agree to the terms below.
📋 Client Information
All clients must complete a Client Record & Consent Form prior to their appointment. This is essential for health, safety, and insurance purposes.
Forms must be updated if any medical conditions, allergies, or personal details change.
📅 Booking Policy
A £10 booking fee is required to secure all appointments.
Booking fees are non-transferable and non-refundable if cancellation is made within 48 hours of your appointment.
Booking fees are required for each individual appointment, including those booked in advance.
Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
Please arrive with a clear idea of the service you'd like and refer to the price list for categories and timings.
Full payment is required before leaving the salon. No exceptions.
❌ Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the booking fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked.
No-shows will be charged 100% of service fee and will only be rebooked with full payment upfront, which will be non-refundable.
🛠️ Repairs Policy
Repairs reported within 72 hours of your appointment will be fixed free of charge.
Any repairs reported after 72 hours will be charged at 10% of the original set price per nail.
